A Multidimensional Understanding of the Relation between the Poet and the Patron: A Critical Reading of Taşlıcalı Yahya Bey’s Elegy

Research Interests:

Ottoman history and court poetry (16th – 18th centuries), Ottoman literary system under patronage, European Medieval Literature (Occitan literature), the role of women in medieval literature (Feminine voices within masculine borders in medieval Europe, Safavid and Ottoman Empires)
